With 30 years of professional experience, I have built my career through roles and collaborations in demanding environments across the tourism, technology, consulting, and later Human Resources Development sectors. This journey has given me a deep understanding of what it truly takes for individuals to succeed in high-performance professional settings — and what often holds them back from reaching the next level.
Since 2014, I have been working as a Career Coach, Executive Coach, and Corporate Trainer, combining hands-on business experience with world-class education in Coaching and NLP. I support executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals in enhancing their performance, clarifying their career direction, and evolving into more effective leaders — both in how they perform and in how they think and make decisions.

Professional Journey
My career began in 1996 within multinational organizations, where I worked in high-standard, fast-paced corporate environments. In 2008, I founded my own communications and consulting company.
In 2014, I made a conscious transition into Coaching and NLP — a decision that allowed me to integrate my business experience with a deeper focus on human development and performance.
Education & Certifications
I hold a degree in Economics from the University of Piraeus and have completed internationally accredited Coaching programs (ICF, EMCC, AC) in both Greece and abroad.
I am a Certified NLP Master Practitioner (ANLP) and a Certified Corporate Trainer accredited by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA).
My ongoing education includes training in the United States with leading experts in personal and professional development, including Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Brendon Burchard, and Cloe Madanes.
